Registered Dietitian Consultation​

We get it, dieting can be hard. But it doesn't have to be. After three weeks of sticking to any diet plan, it usually starts to feel like just a normal part of life. Working with a registered dietitian, even for just a quick consultation to start you off, can help you make sure you are making the right choices from the beginning to get you past that three week hump as easily as possible.

We will do our best to make sure your diet follows the two most sacred diet guidelines of Checkmark Fitness:
  1. Never eat foods you don't like.
  2. Dieting does not mean you are hungry all the time.
