The Checkmark Fitness Challenge has two simple rules*

1. You must score at least 75% every week.
2. You must post an image of your goal sheet with your score every Sunday night to this link or you get a 0% for the week.

If you score below 75% three times, you will be removed from the group.

1. The first two times you break a rule you are required to make a donation of at least $10 to the nutrition education nonprofit CommonThreads.org and post proof in the Slack channel.
2. If you feel you need an exception to the rules, you can make an appeal. Please note that you will still be expected to do your best to get it approved.
